Cancellation & Refund Policies

1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the cancellation request must be submitted via email to info@tripa.in.

2. Route Alterations & Evacuation
In the event of landslides, heavy snow, or roadblocks preventing access to destination hubs (such as Joshimath, Badrinath, or Govindghat), Tripa.in will rearrange route locations or adjust the itinerary. Any extra transport/accommodation costs incurred due to natural causes are not refundable and must be settled by the customer. Emergency rescue/helicopter evacuation costs are also paid directly by the client.
3. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account or card) within 5 to 7 working days from the date the cancellation is officially confirmed.
