Tripa Software Solutions builds robust enterprise management platforms, shop POS systems, healthcare EHRs, and Sadhana GPT AI tools. We are expanding our core engineering team and looking for a seasoned MERN Stack Developer to build high-performance web systems.

What You Will Do

• Architect, develop, and deploy production-grade full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Design and optimize high-throughput RESTful & GraphQL APIs with secure JWT / OAuth2 authentication
• Build modular, responsive frontend interfaces with modern React hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand), and clean UX
• Design database schemas, complex aggregation pipelines, and indexing optimization in MongoDB / Mongoose
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), data encryption, and OWASP security practices
• Optimize application load times, asynchronous background queues, and server microservices
• Lead technical code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive CI/CD deployment pipelines

Tools You Will Use

• Backend & Database: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB / Mongoose, Redis caching, REST / GraphQL APIs
• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit / Zustand, TailwindCSS / CSS3, Vite / Next.js
• DevOps & Security: Git, Docker, AWS (EC2/S3/SES), CI/CD GitHub Actions, Nginx

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Deep mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js event loop, and asynchronous programming
• Proven experience building scalable web architectures, database schemas, and microservice APIs
• Strong proficiency with modern React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, State Management, SSR/SSG)
• Hands-on familiarity with Git workflow, Docker, CI/CD, and Cloud hosting (AWS / Vercel / DigitalOcean)
• Strong problem-solving mindset, clean code principles, and commitment to automated unit/integration testing
